Responsibilities

- Assist with promotional campaigns, events, and brand initiatives.
- Answer general questions and provide accurate information about company offerings.
- Gather customer feedback and communicate useful insights to the team.
- Collaborate with team members to support promotional and business objectives.
- Maintain a strong understanding of current services, promotions, and brand messaging.
- Help create a welcoming and professional customer experience.
