• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30/5:00 PM (100% Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Conduct and coordinate patient visits according to study protocols while maintaining a high standard of patient care and safety.
\n
• Perform clinical and diagnostic tasks including vital signs, EKGs, phlebotomy, and specimen collection/processing.
\n
• Obtain and document informed consent, guide participants through study procedures, and support overall patient retention.
\n
• Monitor subject safety, report adverse events, and escalate safety concerns to investigators promptly.
\n
• Maintain timely source documentation, execute EDC data entry, and resolve data queries to protect data integrity.
\n
• Oversee investigational product (IP) accountability, proper storage, and handling.
\n
• Prepare for and participate in site monitoring visits, sponsor audits, and regulatory inspections.
\n
• Collaborate closely with investigators and site staff to streamline visit flow and ensure full protocol compliance.
\n

Qualifications & Requirements

\n
• Experience: 2+ years of direct clinical research experience.
\n
• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
\n
• Clinical Expertise: Strong background in patient-facing tasks (phlebotomy, vitals, EKGs); experience with ophthalmology procedures (OCT imaging, measuring IOP) is strongly preferred.
\n
• Regulatory Knowledge: Sound understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines, clinical procedures, and medical terminology.
\n
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with EDC systems, CTMS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• Core Competencies: Excellent organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, strong communication skills, and absolute commitment to patient confidentiality.
