We offer competitive pay ranging from $25.00–$35.00 per hour. This position works Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pm, with overtime required as necessary to support business operations. Job Summary: Perform advanced mechanical maintenance, repair, fabrication, and installation of industrial equipment. Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to safely install, align, and secure machinery. Troubleshoot equipment issues and support reliable production through preventative and corrective maintenance. Use welding, fabrication, rigging, and mechanical skills to complete repairs and equipment improvements. Follow safety procedures, use required PPE, and work cooperatively with operations and maintenance team members. The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or GED. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on industrial maintenance skills. Five years of industrial machine maintenance, repair, and fabrication experience in a manufacturing or production setting. Two years of professional welding experience. Vocational or technical training in a skilled trades field. New York State Plant Maintenance Mechanic Certification.
