• Shift: Clinic and surgical hours, light call schedule (~7 days/month)
• Hours/Week: Full-time
• Employment Type: Permanent
• Licenses/Certifications: Medical license in Vermont (or eligible), board certification in Urology preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year post-residency experience, no new graduates or LOCUM/locum-to-perm candidates
• Travel & Reimbursements: Provided when applicable

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (Note: Confirmed hourly rate; total annual salary based on full-time hours)

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose and manage various urologic conditions including kidney stones, BPH, incontinence, and UTIs
• Perform surgical procedures in a modern operating suite
• Conduct hospital and ER consultations, working with other specialists
• Collaborate with an experienced urologist and nurse practitioner in a team-based setting
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options
• Maintain accurate documentation following hospital and professional standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education
• Support a community-oriented hospital committed to excellent patient care

What You Need

• Active medical license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
• Board certification in Urology (preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of post-residency clinical experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
