Qualifications

• Experience in residential real estate transactions, with a focus on both buying and selling.

• Strong communication skills to conduct buyer and seller consultations with clarity and empathy.
• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing purchase and listing agreements.
• Familiarity with hosting open houses and showcasing listings to potential buyers.
• Experience in using CRM systems to keep client information organized and up-to-date.
