Job Description

Responsibilities

• Build high-quality, performant web products using React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
• Own features from inception and design through implementation and launch as the web expert on the team.
• Build and improve tools supporting Robinhood’s operations and platforms.
• Collaborate with design and product teams to iterate and ship financial products.
• Build frameworks and abstractions that accelerate and empower other developers.
• Advocate for code quality, testing best practices, and improved code review processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of full-time professional experience with modern web standards, technologies, and frameworks.
• Strong JavaScript skills and the ability to efficiently debug JavaScript in Node and browser environments.
• A track record of leading projects and delivering large-scope technical projects at scale.
• A strong focus on developer experience, code quality, testing practices, and code review improvement.
